Can my doctor prescribe medications during a video call?

Yes, AHPRA-registered doctors can prescribe medications via telehealth when clinically appropriate. We’ll arrange delivery directly to your address if needed.

What should I prepare before my appointment?

Have your current medications list ready, any recent test results, and think about your main health concerns. Find a quiet, private space for your call.

What happens after my consultation?

Your doctor will send you a summary of your discussion and care plan. If prescriptions or referrals are needed, these will be processed immediately and sent to you or your chosen pharmacy.
